A focused introduction to the skills every developing wrestler needs.

A More Personal Way to Build Your Wrestling Foundation

This program introduces the essential movements, positions, and safety practices used in professional wrestling. I guide students through drills that build body control, ring awareness, and confidence at a steady pace. Training is structured so beginners can learn clearly without feeling overwhelmed.

Developing students can also use the program to strengthen weak areas and sharpen their existing habits. Sessions include direct instruction, practical repetition, and feedback that helps each student understand how to improve. The goal is a dependable foundation that supports continued growth in the ring.
