Grounded will arrive early in late July this year – July 28, to be exact.
You probably recognize the name Obsidian from a variety of incredibly popular titles. They developed Fallout: New Vegas, a highly acclaimed title that many believe to be one of the best in the franchise if not the best itself, as well as titles like Outer Worlds, Pillars of Eternity I and II and Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, which was their first title.
Grounded, on the other hand, is a survival game that takes you radically down to size, making you about the size of your average ant. They released a trailer that we added above. Obsidian Entertainment’s Tiny Survival Adventure Game, Grounded, Will Hit Early Access Late July 2020
It seems that through the survival title, we will have a little robot that will guide us through a bracelet, which summarizes the game in the following statement:
“Oh great! You’re not dead! I’m going to help you today. First of all: you’re not supposed to be here. Second, you’re very, very, very small. Please don’t panic. Third , the machine that could bring you back to your normal size is currently out of order, and everything in this backyard wants to eat you up. Again, your tiny panic will do nothing.
Players take the overdrive survival game, taking a cartoonish foolishness to a dramatically intense approach. Instead of the vicious creatures of games like Rust or The Forest, the creatures you should fear are ants, stink bugs, spiders and other common backyard creatures.
