In January, two new games will arrive on Stadia Pro: Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 years of celebration and Thumper. Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 years of celebration includes over 50 hours of gameplay and new bonus content. The content includes the solo story “Blood Ties”, plus “Lara’s Nightmare”, a zombie game, an update of the cooperative mode for Endurance mode and the difficulty mode “Extreme Survivor” for the campaign. Once DLC, additional cosmetic content like the “Celebrating 20 Years” outfit and gun and five classic Lara skins are included. The 20 years collection was initially launched in 2016.

Thumper is an entirely different title from Rise of the Tomb Raider. The Steam page states: “Thumper is rhythmic violence: classic rhythm-action, lightning speed and brutal physicality. You are a space scarab. Brave the hellish void and face a giant maniac head of the future. Destiny 2: The Collection, Farming Simulator 19: Platinum Edition, Samurai Shodown and Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition are also currently available. The first three games will be available until the end of January, but Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition leaves the store at the end of the month. Most games were released years ago, but are now available on the new Google Stadia console. Players who have not had the opportunity to play them before now have their chance.

Players don’t have to claim and end games now. As long as the players click on “Claim”, the title will remain in their account until the end of their subscription. It’s a great bonus for anyone who wants to try the titles but don’t have time to finish them during the busy holiday season.

Once the games are available on the Google Stadia store, players can claim them immediately before they forget or time runs out. The official blog suggests claiming them as soon as they are available, but there is no limit to the number available to everyone.
